Katie Fuqua founded Studio Fredi in 2023. With nearly a decade of experience designing commercial projects worldwide, Katie launched Studio Fredi in Wilmington, North Carolina to focus her passion on timeless design and historic restoration.

Katie began her career in New York City with award winning designer, Alexandra Champalimaud. Katie then moved in-house with WeWork, where she helped pioneer a new era of sophisticated workspaces around the world. She has since designed spaces for LinkedIn, Domio, Rivian, and Modern Animal, all the while living in New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
